We are equipped with latest new generation high speed German
and Taiwanees machines, which can produce high quality, excellant
surface finish and with close tollerences.
We produce variety of cold drawn, centerless peeled and centerless
ground bars in varrious specification like Mild steel, carbon
steels, alloy steels, free cutting steels, ball bearing steels,
spring steels, cold heading quality steels case hardening steels,
and Stainless steels. These steels are produced to International
standards like American, British, German, Japanese and Russian
Standards.
We manufacture in rounds (5mm to *5mm), hexagons (6mm to *0mm A/F),
Squares (8mm to *0mm), rectangle flats and special profiles as per
your drawings.
We have heat treatment facilities also and are capable of soft
annealing, normalising, sub-critical annealing, Iso thermal
annealing, spherodized annealing. Our mettalurgical consultant
having *0 years of experience can give the best soulution for
selecting the right material and the heat treatment process for
specific requirements. We also trade in hot rolled, annealed and
forged steel rounds from *6mm to **0mm.
