anti-aging formula, each layer of material is subject to different
kind of anti-aging treatment. The inner and outer UPVC layers are
integrated ultraviolet absorbent, screening agent, antioxidant,
modifying agent which work to effectively change the ultraviolet
ray energy into heat energy and release it so as to improve
anti-aging capacity of tile surface. The foamed structure of tile
surface is formed by two-way tensile technique, and the high-tech
interlayer foamed structure incorporates screening dye, working to
block ray penetration again so as to prevent lower layer of tile
free from ultraviolet ray which greatly extend the service life of
tiles.
3.Special
acid, alkali and corrosion resistance:
With reference to the
application practice of UPVC roof material in recent *0 years in

engineering and formula in light of the acid, alkali and corrosion
resistant capacity of plastic. It ensures the leading quality of

4.Special
toughness and strength:
The treatment by multiple
two-way vertical tensile technique ensures the rearrangement of
molecular chain in an orderly way and thus increases the cohesion
of molecules, providing the tri-ply compound foamed structure with
higher mechanical property. The application of various modifying
agents in the layers improves properties of UPVC, offering the
tiles increased toughness and strength.
5.Special
heat and sound insulation:
The foamed structure of porous
material interlayer has sound ventilating capacity, and the use of
various modifying agents will effectively block the ultraviolet ray
and reduce its heat transmission, enabling it to be top priority
for heat insulating roof material. In the same way, when rain
knocks tile surface, the sound wave will be refracted to the porous
material and lead to air vibration. Then friction and reflection
will be resulted by porous wall which decreases sound energy,
generating sound insulation effect. Thus the product has excellent
sound insulation function.
6.Special
leak and wind resistance:
The tile interlayer foaming will
reduce or even remove the heat expansion or cold shrinkage
coefficient. Pins shall be nailed into tiles tightly and circularly
so as not to have leakage or relaxation in the nailing position
that ensures excellent leak and wind resistance of
tiles.
7.Special
high efficiency:
Tiles
can be nailed, drilled or sawn. The scientific overlapping method
and wide tile are helpful to reduce interfaces occurred during
installation, offering it a use efficiency as high as *3%, at least
8% higher than ordinary plastic tiles.
