Production mode has manual, semiautomatic and fully
automatic 3 kinds of means. It is applicable for various concrete
batching combination station and full function station. The system
is with high degree of automation, simple and intuitive operation.
For fully automatic operation, set up internal parameters, only
with a single click "production start" button, the system can
automatically achieve ingredients according to the scale of the
parameter that has been set up, hopper automatic ascension or down
(or feeding belt of the start and stop), mixer opening and closing,
complete set good batch automatically stop, and wait for the next
start.
Features: the function is all ready, cost-effective; it
can greatly reduce manpower and financial input for customer, and
is also favored by the majority of customers.
Function description:
1. Various materials and ingredients，automatically
complete the gap between sampling and correction in blending
process to ensure the accuracy of ingredients;
2. Hoist (belt machine), mixer and batching machine
chain control, hoist has automatic wait and promotion function
(feeding belt have delay empty function), which can improve the
production efficiency and realize the concrete continuous
production.
3. With LED button lit on the action when it is work,
work status be clear at a glance.
4. With standard R**2 serial input, output
interface.
5. According to a different volume, you can set the
number of ingredients.
6. Optional printer, print the data of
ingredients.
7. According to user requirements, install a different
number of weighing control instruments;
