Description : Sweet
whey powder is obtained by drying fresh whey (derived during the
manufacture of cheese such as Cheddar and Swiss) that has been
pasteurized and to which nothing has been added as a preservative. Sweet-type whey powder
contains all the constituent of fresh whey, except moisture, in the
same proportion.
Storage
: Store and ship in a cool dry environment at
temperature *7°C and relative humidity less then *5%. Use
within 6 - *2 months.
