Origin: Colombia ( South America ).

Payment terms: Secured by **0% Irrevocable, Confirmed and Transferable Letter of Credit (LC) At sight and issued by First Class Bank in favor of Seller per each shipment. SELLER shall provide Draft LC text EXHIBIT AA WITH PROFORMA INVOICE AND CONTRACT.

Time of delivery of first shipment: With a maximum of *0 days. First shipment is almost ready (In stock) subject unsold,*5 days’ time required to issue the export documentation (certificates, quality inspection, government, etc .listed in the IRDLC ..) and the transit time to the port of loading (trucks and terminal), for this, we define a maximum of *5 days in the first delivery.
