Brief Introduction

Rail fastening system was mainly used to fix the steel rail of crane on support beam or fix the rail on the reinforced ground to make the crane or train has a stable moving condition.  

There are 7 components for each set as upper cover, base plate, adjust plate, T shape bolt, nut, spring washer and flat washer.

Material

Material for upper cover, base plate and adjust plate is of cast steel ZG******0.

Standard followed

GB/T *******9 or its equivalent should be followed for its chemical component and mechanical performance. .

Chemical Properties and Performance

C content for it is less than 0.*9%.

Si content is less than 0.*7%.

Mn content is no more than 0.8%.

S content is no more than 0.*4%.

P content for it is less than 0.*4%.

Yield strength is more than **0 MPa.

Tensile strength is more than **0MPa.

Material

For T shape bolt and nut is of Q**5 with 8.8 grade.

Spring washer is *5Mn steel, with material conformity with GB***2.

Flat washer is Q**5 steel with material conformity with GB*****8.
