Function:
1. The
special equipment manufacturing for thermal barrier aluminum
profile. It is used to knurl on the notch of thermal barrier
aluminum profile to improve the horizontal shearing force of the
profile;
2. The
key machine to increase shear force, knurling the slot of extrusion
profile through rotating knife at a high speed.
Working
principle:
Adjust knurling knife into the notch, draw the
profile by rotating the knurling knife, and make teeth on the inner
cavity of the profile.

speed regulation is available by using frequency
converter.
2. Advanced
three axis CNC systems.
3. EMS
computer reservation systems can store different programs for
different profiles’ processing.
