Facing brick high pressure brick production line.

We are producers of double-action hydraulic high pressure machines. Actual pressure for our machines is from **0 tons (but we have 2 cylinders each **0 tons) till the ***0 tons (also 2 cylinders for ***0 tons.)

We know facing bricks market quite well due to we working with european market.

Main raw materials for such a good quality bricks shall be crushed limestone but in fact we have developed technology for some other raw materials, even for dolomite and high-CaO fly ash.

We are cooperating with several universities  which developed technology for several leading producer in former-USSR countries, so we have all necessary "know how".

There is big difference in Chinese experience according to the facing brick production and European approach. In fact in China you will never find supplier which knows what is it as to the facing brick production. In China people use different building materials - they get used to ceramic facing  tiles instead of facing bricks. So they use usual quality bricks for filling walls (usually all buildings here concrete frame building) + then they attach thin facing ceramic tiles. In Europe it is different. In China high pressure presses used mainly for sand-lime bricks or for fly ash bricks. We also produce such an equipment but at least we understand what our european clients want to achieve from us. 

Our company produces good quality double action pressing machines for reasonable price.

As to single-action main units. Single action high pressing machines are not good choise for the facing bricks due to lower surface of the bricks won't be perfect if we press only from one side.

We also have some "know how" related to mixing and activation of raw materials mixes, it is critically important for the quality of the bricks. 

We propose our clients at least **0 tons main units. Some european companies stating that smaller pressure and size are OK and that they have simply a little faster machines with lower production cycle time. We think that it is not enough for achieving good quality bricks, there is a lot of air entrapements inside concrete and fast machine won't be able to make pressing right and some imperfections will be left. So, we recommend bigger machines and about *0 seconds cycle.
