1.Working principle
KPX series flat carts are battery powered. The batteries are
installed in the carts. The batteries supply electricity to the DC
motor through the electrical control system. Then the reducer
drives the wheels of the flat carts start, stop, go forward and
backward, and the speed can be adjusted at the same time. The
professional charger can give electricity to the battery when the
battery is no power.
2.Components
transfer cart frame, the electric motor, gear reducer, wheel,
electrical appliance box, battery, charger, Shaft and connecting
shaft, handle box, alarm light, buffer device, and some other
accessories and so on.
3.Application
This kind of transfer trolley is mainly used on direct rails, but
it also can be specially used both on the ‘S’ and arc-shaped
railways to carry many different kinds of stuff. It also can be
used in the ferry condition and flammable, explosive environment
and the hydraulic lifting device can be installed on the flat
carts. This kind of transfer cart is suitable to be used in the
long running distance transportation and low using frequency.
4.Advantages
The DC motor in the KPX series’ flat carts has the advantages of
stable start, big starting power, small impact to the gear reducer,
low voltage, long lifetime and so on. Compared with the KPJ and KPD
flat carts, the KPX series are more safe and flexible. And the
running distance is not limited. It has no strict requirement for
the construction of the railway.
