BQ*6xx is a series of up-to-date “hydraulic double-chuck rotary peeling lathes”. The series is specially designed for peeling face veneer, and it is suitable for peeling crossband veneer. BQ*6xx series has adopted the innovative concepts and first class technology.

For BQ*6xx series, there are 3 models available:BQ***3/*2, BQ***0/*2 and BQ***6/*2.

1. Main motor power auto variable for peeling face veneer and crossband veneer;

2. Pitch angle mechanical adjustability and manual hydraulic adjustability;

3. Guide ways balancing mechanism & self-lubrication;

4. Spindle clamping powered by two hydraulic pistons on each side of the spindle;

5. Backup rolls powered vertically (hydraulic) and horizontally (pneumatic);

6. Hydraulically pressure bar tilting;
7. Knife holder equipped and hydraulic & mechanical knife clamping mechanism;

8. Pneumatic clutch control
