Inclined pipe deoil separator with high efficiency is suitable for treatment of oily sewage, industrial sewage and desalted water.

Inclined pipe deoil separator is developed on the basis of coalescence and shallow pool principles and gravity separation. When oily sewage is entered into the stainless corrugated plates with cores, like in a labyrinth, the flow direction and section will be changed. Oil drops will collide with each other, and dispersed tiny oil drops will coagulate into bigger drops during floating to increase floating speed of oil drops and setting speed of water drops in the corrugated plate pack. Oil drops will enter into the oil sump for discharging at regular intervals and water pass through collector into water cell for draining automatically through the regulating valve.
