REFINERY SETTLEMENT: GOLD REMAINS IN REFINERY
POSSESSION
My other Seller in Ghana just presented this offer to me.
He will do a Refinery Settlement. But read his process
carefully.
He too, has strict terms. He will leave gold in Refinery
after Assay, but Buyer should be prepared to pay outside of PMMC
and not via a PMMC Bank Account.
He is only engaging with End Buyers who have ability to pay from
their own account and not from a PMMC Refinery Account.
HIS CONDITIONS for this Offer:
PMMC Refinery Only.
Gold to remain in Refinery (Seller's account) After Assay
Buyers already on the ground in Ghana, he is not interested in
working with Buyers who have a PMMC Refinery account, he is not
interested in working with, as many are attempting to use Refinery
to pay for gold.
He will provide Proof of Product and expects Buyer to provide Proof
of Capability:

Purity is *2.5%+
Fineness is *2%+

Origin is Ghana
Gold placed in Seller's PMMC Account After Assay
Buyer and Seller proceed to Buyer's bank for payment.
After payment confirmation, Seller & Buyer return to PMMC to
transfer Ownership of Gold to Buyer.
Payment/Settlement is made outside Refinery at Buyers Bank.
Seller expects payment from Buyer direct and NOT from a PMMC
Refinery Account.
Buyer must understand Seller's terms and sign agreement confirming
his understanding of procedures and terms before introduction.
BUYERSI ALREADY ON GROUND AND BUYERS THAT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH
PMMC ARE NOT ACCEPTED BY SELLER
This Seller is FIRMED on his protocol. He sells to PMMC on a
regular basis. He is aware of the multiple Refinery Brokers
trying to close a deal at PMMC. He is not interested in
dealing with these individuals and have made it clear in his
terms.
He will only permit a SPOT BUY of *5kgs ONLY. Contract
commitments are not available at this time and will be considered
based on performance of this transaction.
The beauty of this offer: Gold remains in Refinery after
assay.
I already decided to structured it 3 Ways to make it convenient for
Buyers.
Interested Buyers Must be able to POF the following at time Seller
will POP his parcel at Refinery.

He is a Registered Seller at PMMC. At time of meeting, all
paperwork will be disclosed directly to Buyer at
