It is a variety of bivalve which growing in Chinese Yellow Sea, it is very popular with its graceful shell and nutritious, delicious meat. The product is mainly exported to Japan, Korea, USA, Hongkong and Taiwan.
We have spend years on developping the processing. Now the product was boiled with high temperature and processed by nearly twenty strictly working procedures, which making the meat more delicious and more convenience for consumers.
