Briquettes Production
Line:
Raw materials, which has tend to have a high water content, will be
dried by the rotary dryer. If there are several kinds of materials
mixed together, the materials will be reasonably distributed by the
machine after completing the drying process. And the materials will
be crushed into fines via the belt conveyor. The crushed fines will
be mixed with some binder by the double shaft mixer. These mixed
materials will be moved by the conveyor belt to the density
machine. After that, the materials will be transmitted to a
briquetting machine to make briquettes. The fFinal briquettes will
be conveyed to a vertical dryer, a chain dryer or a belt dryer to
be dried. After being dried, the briquettes will be delivered to a
storage area or directly loaded into the final packaging. The whole
production line can be designed according to the customers'
demand. Suitable Material for Briquetting:
Coal fines, coke fines, charcoal fines.
Mineral ore fines such as iron ore fines, manganese, fines,
etc.
Dry powder such as lime powder, ferrosilicon powder, etc. which
contain little or no water.
