Explainaition of the process corresponding to the diagram

• Working process: Firstly, the raw material was put into furnace with auto feeder,then seal the feed inlet system.
• Secondly, burned the fuel material (coal, or wood, or natural gas, oil ) in the combustion system .
• The reactor will slowly heat, when the temperature reach around **0 degree Celsius, it will produce oil gas .
• oil gas will be processed by our technology ,then gone to cooling system to cold liquid oil.
• the gas which can not be liquid under normal pressure ,which will be designed to back to combustion system to instead the fuel material to burn the reactor .which can save energy very much .
• After finished oil produce ,the temperature of reactor will be down ,in same time ,carbon black will be discharged automatically. Lastly, when the temperature fall to **0 degree Celsius, worker could opened the door of reactor to discharge of steel wire . then can start to another batch working.

The main design differences of our machine are as follows:

1. the most important is safety

Firstly, we have the safety device like pressure gauge, alarming and safety valve. Usually we set the pressure at 0.***0.*5, if the pressure reach this number, the alarm will alarming, then the safety valve will open automatically. Then guarantee no big accident.

Secondly, we have the vacuum device. This works under negative pressure, so that keep no pressure in the working system. Then guarantee no accident happen.

Thirdly, in the end of the system have a water seal device. Inside the gas pipe is under water surface. Then the exhaust must come out from water. So no gas back to working system. Keep safety.

2. Environmental friendly

Firstly, we used recycling water for cooling system and discharging device. So no pollution to water.

Secondly, as I said the vacuum (only we have this device in China), it is negative pressure. It will suck the gas to the end, So when feeding material will be no pollution to air.

Thirdly, the exhaust gas come out from the system will be lead by a gas pipe to the furnace reburn as energy. No any pollution.

Fourth, there is the dedusting device, inside which have *7 high pressure nozzles, wash the smoke by water. So come out from the chimney only steam.

3. Save energy

Firstly, the vacuum can deduce the pyrolysis temperature, so that shorten heating time. Save energy.

Secondly, it is the exhaust gas, after first 2 hours heating, there will be exhaust gas come out. Then u can heat with exhaust. Only little energy is ok.
