Application: 

This tire shredder is used to crush waste steel wire radial tyre under normal temperature into small pcs of **8cm, prepare for the following steps: grinding the pcs to rubber powder (****0mesh), separate steel wire and fibre.

Process flow:

tire ring cutter → steel wire extractor→ tire shredder→ rubber coarse crusher→ magnetic separator→ vibrating screen1→ fine rubber crusher→ vibrating screen2 → cyclone classifier→ storage bin→ rubber grinder →vibrating screen3→package

The whole line has the following features:

1), iron/steel removing ratio>*9.5%, fiber removing ratio>*8%

2),compact structure ensure running safety, easy maintenance;

3),low energy consumption;

4),adopt automatic control system for whole line, reduce labor cost;

Processing method: 

Physic mechanical crushing method at normal temperature of waste tyre:nochemical raw material is required,no waste gas,washte water and soot are discharged, and the cooling water of the equipment is reused,no emission,equipment noise is within the range specified by the country(GB*********6),fineness of rubber powder produced by it is adjustable(*0 meshes to *0 meshes),take waste tyre as example,the process is as follows:breaking down,crushing,filtering,magnetic separating,grin-ding,then the finished products are produced.

This production line including the below:

*6: there is  3 types of rubber crusher, you can choice the suitable  one ,it is depend on the output!

*7 : you not need  Granulator Grinder if your final rubber powder bigger than *0 mesh. but we need it if the powder less than *0 mesh and the number of this machine depend on the output!
