1.Deep groove ball
bearings
The deep groove
ball bearing is one of the
largest bearing catalogues in rolling bearing, it is widely used in
various kinds of machines. In additon, ball bearing is also one of
the cheapest bearing type in all different kinds of
bearings.
2.Self-aligning ball
bearings
Self-aligning
ball bearings are constructed with the inner ring and ball assembly
contained within an outer ring that has a spherical raceway. This
construction allows the bearing to tolerate a small angular
misalignment resulting from deflection or improper mounting. It is
particularly suitable for applications where considerable shaft
deflections or misalignment are to be expected. Additionally, the
self-aligning ball bearing has the lowest friction of all rolling
bearings, which enables it to run cooler even at high
speeds.
3.Angular contact
bearings
Angular contact
bearings better support "combined loads" (loading in both the
radial and axial directions) and the contact angle of the bearing
should be matched to the relative proportions of each. The larger
the contact angle (typically in the range *0 to *5 degrees), the
higher the axial load supported, but the lower the radial load. In
high speed applications, such as turbines, jet engines, dentistry
equipment, the centrifugal forces generated by the balls will
change the contact angle at the inner and outer race.
4.Spherical roller bearing
Paper-making machinery,
deceleration devices, railway rolling stock axles, rolling mill
gear box seats, crushing machines, vibrating screen, printing
machinery, woodworking machinery and reducer
5.Taper roller
bearing
The main purpose of such bearings: automotive front, rear,
transmission, differential, pinion shaft, spindle, construction
machinery, large-scale agricultural machinery, railway vehicles,
gear reduction rolling mill roll neck small deceleration
devices.
6.Cylindrical Roller Bearing
Main application:
Large and medium-sized motor,
locomotives, spindle, internal combustion engines and generators,
gas turbines, reducer, rolling mill, vibrating screen and lifting
transportation machinery, etc.
7.Pillow block ball
bearings
Applications
Insert bearings and bearing
housings are used in motors, chain belts, automobiles, chain
wheels, mining, metallurgy, mechanical transmission dyeing,
chemical industry, textile machinery, agricultural machinery, and
machines for food processing and packing.
8.Thrust Roller
Bearing
used to carry axial load
primarily axial and radial joint load, but radial load shall not
exceed *5% of the axial load. Compared with other thrust
roller bearing, the bearing friction factor is low, high speed, and
has the self-aligning properties.
9.Thrust ball bearings

Single Row Cross Roller

*1.Linear Guide
Choices for linear bearing
styles include air, flat ball cage, ball spine, ball bushing,
needle roller cage, cam follower, crossed roller, guide wheel,
hydrostatic, plain or journal, linear motion guide, flat roller
cage, and linear roller. Bearing materials for linear motion
bearings include bronze, ceramic, graphite, plastic, and stainless
steel. Special material features include corrosion resistance,
self-lubricating, and rotary motion.
*2.Needle roller bearings
needle roller bearings have a
high load carrying capacity and are therefore extremely suitable
for bearing arrangements where radial space is
limited.
*3.Ball Screw
Electronic equipment, food
machinery, packaging machinery, medical machinery, printing
machinery, textile machinery, machinery, equipment, robotics,
machine tools, CNC machine tools, automotive and digital
three-dimensional coordinate measurement devices and other
sophisticated equipment or special machinery industry.
*4.Axle Bearings for Railway
Rolling Stock
Rolling stock axle bearings
are subject to radial impact loads caused by rail joints, switches
and sometimes wheel flats, as well as to the static and dynamic
radial loads of vehicle weight.
