Planar lightwave circuit splitter is fabricated using silica
optical
waveguide technology. It features compact structural
design,wide operating wavelength range,high reliability,low
insertion loss,low polarization dependent loss and good
channel-to-channel uniformity,and is widely used in PON networks
(BPON,EPON,GPON,etc.),FTTH, LAN, WAN,MAN to realize optical signal
