PET bottle recycling machine/line
1. Bale opener 1Set. Open the baled PET bottles into individual
bottles, controlled by inverter
2. Small manual sorting belt 1 set.Simply pick out the steel wires,
films or other big impurities.
3. Belt conveyor 1 Set. Delivery bottles to the water label remover
machine.
4. Water label remover machine 1 Set. Peeling the *0% labels and
*0% caps of the bottles, washing the bottles by cold water. Clean
bottles will be convenient for manual sorting and it will be more
efficient to increase the capacity of the
crusher.
5. Manual sorting belt 1Set .The belt length is 6 m, the workers
separate different color bottles and non-PET materials. It's
equipped with metal detector.
6. Crusher 1 set or 2 set.This crusher is designed for wet
crushing. Crusher is supplied with standard grid size of *2mm and
spare grid of *0 mm(Custom made).
7. Screw conveyor 1 set. Transport flakes to the hot
washing.
8. Hot water washing chamber 1 set or 2 set. Washing the flakes
from labels, dirt and other residues by water heated to *5 ° C.
Overflow on top of washing chamber, remove cups and rest of the
paper. The water heated by steam from steam boiler, or burn the
water directly from the bottom by oil or
gas.
9. Friction washing tank 1Set .The flakes are efficiently cleaned
insight in drum with blades on rotor turning 1, **0RPM. Flakes are
rubbing against each other as well as against the rotating auger.
The auger moves the flakes forward and clean last remains of
dirt.
*0. Floating washing tank 2 Set. Flotation/sink tank separate the
material according to their density. PET sinks to the bottom and is
discharged by a screw conveyor. Remains of caps and rings made of
PE and labels of PP float on the top and are moved by rotating
shovels to side of washing tank. Small screw conveyor takes them
out.
*1. Centrifugal dryer 1Set .The wet flakes are dewatered in
horizontal centrifuge. Flakes are dry to 2.5% of
humidity.
*2. Drying bunker 1Set. Drying the flakes by electricity of *1kw,
***0L storage silo has fan blower conveyor filling station to the
big bags
*3. Electrical control systems 1 Set .Whole line is controlled via
two main control boxes and two panels. Switch to each machine on
the panel, plus frequency control display.
*4. Water sewage plant: Complete water sewage plant to Recycle and
reclaim of sludge Capacity: (Bottles in) **0kg/hr, 1, **0kg/hr and
2, **0kg/hr, ***0kg/hr Moisture of final flakes: Less than
1.5%.
