Powder (1% or *0% β-carotene), emulsion (1%, 2% or 5% β-carotene),
oil (*0% β-carotene) Physicochemical Property
It can be converted into Vitamin A in body. Insoluble in water and
slightly soluble in alcohol and ether; soluble in chloroform
benzene and oil with good liquidity; its melting point is between

Widely used in baked products, (frozen) flour-made food, puffed
food, solid beverage, fruit juice beverages, candy, jelly and
pudding. Storage
