A typical CNBM Technology rock wool production line is mainly
consisted of the following parts:
-Raw material batch plant to dose and transfer raw material into
furnace for melting.
- Cupola furnace or tank furnace to melt raw material into
lava.
- Four-roller spinner with latest technology to fiberize the lava
into fibers.
- Wool collecting chamber with pendulum and weighing conveyer to
collect and evenly distribute to fibers into primary mat.
- Curing oven to heat and cure the resin bond wool layer into semi
finished product.
- Trimming, cutting and packing machine to produce finished
product.
