Composite Material Stainless Steel
Composite Material (SCM) is composed of a non-combustible mineral
core sandwiched between two stainless steel sheets on both
sides.SCM allows designers to capture a clean and bold look with a
modern feel, providing a contrast to other materials in almost any
environment. Light in weight,
and amazingly easy to fabricate and install, SCM is ideal choice
for the cladding of building exteriors, entryways, canopies,
soffits, and fascias. Their strength and durability make them cost
effective for the cladding of entire structures or for providing
wonderfully distinctive accents. Compared with
stainless steel plate, stainless steel composite offers increased
formability and lighter weight and facilitating installation and
handling. Due to the extreme toughness of stainless steel, special
fabrication guidelines need to be taken into
consideration. Besides, it also
can composite with two leves including stainless steel and
carbon.
Stainless steel composite material is largely used in furniture
structure, oil equipment, water constribution,chemical, food
processing and so on.
