Procedure: oil products can be arranged as big direct contracts
with GASPROM, Rosneft etc under top political approval by the first
persons of Russia. So NO SCO or whatever, you have:
A) to come to Moscow, to prove funds, submit all docs via my
company, pay part of my consulting fee AND PART OF COMMISSION to be
placed on escrow,
B) then your request will be fowarded for top POLITICAL approval by
the Russian government first.
C) First then – after political approval of your company as buyer
by the Russian government, you will get direct Invitation from
GASPROM etc to negotiate directly a big contract for D2 etc.
