[Description]:

Almighty softener flake SR is an aliphatic hydrocarbon group polymers suitable for cotton, linen, chemical fiber and blended fabric soft finish, especially for the needle, shuttle, polyester / cotton fabric soft finish to obtain ideal soft touch.

[Specification]:

                            Appearance: Pale yellow flakes

                            Ionicity:         Cation

                            PH Value:      4.5~6.5(6—*0% aqueous solution)

[Direction method]:

Cool dilution: pour the flakes slowly into room temperature water in the proportion of ***0%, stir the mixture to split the flakes

                        for **5min, then leave the mixture aside for **2 hrs. After observing the flakes are totally dissolved, restir the

                        mixture slowly to get an even paste.

Hot dilution: pour the flakes slowly into room temperature water in the proportion of ***0%, stir and heat to *0—*0°C until the

                       flakes melt and become a paste.

[Direction for usage]:

A. Dip padding method: **3g/L, exhaust and pad at *0—*0°C, Double-dip-double-nip orone-dip-one-nip

B. Immersion method: 0.**0.8% (owf),bath ratio*1:****5,optimum temperature ****0°C,****0min.

[Properties]:

1. Particularly applicable to the needle, shuttle, polyester / cotton fabric softening finishing, is anatural fiber, synthetic fiber,

     synthetic fiber ideal softening finishing agent.

2. After the treatment, the fabric can obtain ideal soft, slippery, full feel.

3. Have a high degree of persistence of the effect, remains unabated even after repeated laundry.

4. Whiteness of the treated fabrics, colored light effect is small and has a good anti-static effect.

5. Can be used with non-ionic or cationic same bath.
