Welding Positioner

This welding positioner, also called welding positioning equipment, is mainly used for some special structures, construction machines, small round workpieces, among others. And it mainly consists of a working table, a turning device, a overturning device, a electricity-conducting device, a stander and a electric cabinet. Its working table is driven by the turning device with 6 T-style slots to ensure workpieces strictly fixed on the working table.

Its turning device is mainly composed of a motor, a speed reducer, and a swing set. And its overturning device mainly consists of an electric motor, cycloidal gear speed reducer, worm wheel speed reducer, and semicircular gear.

The welding positioner which can rotate and tile makes the workpiece at the best welding position. It normally works with welding manipulator and special welding machines to realize the automatic welding of complicated workpieces. We can design and produce welding positioners in accordance with the specific requirements of our clients.

Features of Welding Positioner:

1. The turning device is made up of a motor, a speed reducer and a swing set.
2. Frequency conversion and speed regulation are used for speed change.
3. Stepless speed regulation, easy control and cheap maintenance.
4. The overturn device is mainly made up of an electric motor, cycloidal gear speed reducer, worm wheel speed reducer, and semicircular gear.
5. Either end of the output shaft of the overturn device is installed with a semicircular gear.
6. One end of the electric conduction device is connected to the swing set while the other end has an electric conducting shaft. It is directly propped to the working table, allowing the welding current to be directly transmitted from the working table.
7. The stander is of a box structure, allowing high loading capacity. It is made of Q***-A steel with annealing and finish machining to eliminate the welding stress deformation.
