Ceramic balls can be divided into inert ceramic balls, activated
balls and grinding balls. Ceramic ball has good resistance with
high temperature, high pressure, acids, alkalis, salts and organic
solvents, also it has good chemical stability, low water
absorption, can withstand temperature variations, etc., mainly used
in the reactor as tower packing, catalyst support and cover
material, grinding media.
1. Inert Ceramic Ball
Yuanying Inert ceramic ball has good chemical stability, high
strength, good thermal stability, low water absorption, high
temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, corrosion
resistance of acids, alkalis, salts and organic solvents, is a very
good catalyst support and cover material, widely used in petroleum,
chemical, fertilizer, natural gas and environmental protection
industries. Inert ceramic ball in the reactor as catalyst support
and cover material, can improve the distribution of gas and liquid,
cushion the impact of liquid and gaseous on the catalyst, protect
the low strength catalyst. Based on its aluminum content, inert
ceramic ball can be divided into ordinary ball, middle-alumina
ball, high-alumina ball.
2. Perforated Ceramic Ball
Perforated ceramic ball is perforated based on the spherical
diameter of the inert ceramic ball as the axis; convex-concave
groove perforated ball is opened groove and presented
convex-concave body on the surface of the perforated ball.
Perforated ball solves the problem of individual sphere cyclotron
resistance of ordinary inert ceramic balls, and it has stronger
liquid redistribution, better vapor-liquid dispersion effect,
larger porosity and specific surface area. Compared with ordinary
inert ceramic balls, resistance decreased by *5%, contact surface
area increased by *5%, porosity increased by *2%.
Perforated ball not only has the properties of ordinary inert
ceramic balls such as high chemical stability, high strength, high
temperature resistance, high pressure resistance and corrosion
resistance, but also has larger specific surface area and porosity,
better dispersion and flux, lower system resistance.
3. Ceramic Grinding Ball
Grinding balls can be divided into silicon carbide grinding balls,
zirconium oxide grinding balls, microcrystal middle-alumina
grinding balls, high-alumina grinding balls.
Grinding balls have high hardness, high bulk density, low abrasion,
good regularity, corrosion resistance, etc., are the grinding media
of grinding equipment such as vibration mill, pot mill, ball mill,
its grinding efficiency and wear resistance significantly are
superior than ordinary ball stone or natural cobblestone.
Grinding balls can be used as ball bearing under pusher kiln, for
metal parts polishing, grinding and dispersion of non-metallic
mineral powder, glazes, blanks (such as zirconium silicate, kaolin,
heavy calcium carbonate, etc.). Widely used in ceramics, cement,
glass, enamel, paint, oil paint, refractory materials, chemical and
other industries.
4. Heat Storage Ceramic Ball
Heat storage ball has good thermal stability, big heat capacity,
excellent thermal conductivity, high regenerative efficiency,
extreme changes in temperature without cracking, strong slag
resistance, high strength, good wear resistance and other
advantages. Regenerative ball can divide airflow into small airflow
unit and form a strong turbulence flow, can effectively break
through the boundary layer of the regenerator surface. Regenerative
ball has small diameter, small conduction radius, small thermal
resistance, high density, good thermal conductivity, and
regenerative burners can achieve fast and frequent reversing
requirements.
5. Refractory Ceramic Ball
The main features of refractory ceramic balls are high temperature
resitance, also it has the features of acid resistance, alkali
resistance, high compressive strength, high thermal stability,
mainly used for converter, converting furnace, hot blast furnace in
urea, sulfuric acid, fertilizer, metallurgy and other
industries.
In addition to sphericity, our company can also offer refractory
slab.
6. Porous Ceramic Balls
Porous ceramic ball also called filtering ball, its characteristics
is an increase of *0% **0% adsorption microporous in inert ceramic
balls. These microporous can filter heavy metal, resin, asphalt,
coke powder and other impurities in the oil, avoiding its deposit
in the catalyst bed to poison catalyst. Users can choose this
porous ball with different holes diameter and holes number in
accordance with the size of the foreign particles, also can
according to the requirements to load molybdenum, nickel, cobalt
and other active ingredients, in order to prevent catalyst carbon
deposit, coking and poisoning.
