processing: 1．Confect
frosting fluid: The powder:HCI
acid=1:0.5,for example: put *0KGS frosting powder into plastic
container, add *5KGS HCI acid any more to mix
well(≥ *1% solubility), need
to seal up to
frosting **2days before using.
Please note: Just employ the
frosting fluid is thicker, and there will be a cooling phenomenon,
and the temperature will drop. so please used it after frosting
fluid cure and back to the normal when the temperature and
consistence. 2.Cleaning
glass: The all glasses need to clean before starting
the frosting. 3.Frosting
processing： Putting the cleaned
glass into employed frosting fluid about
*0seconds*1minutes, stay for *0s to recycle the frosting fluid
after finishing the frosting. The frosting time is according to
theroom temperature, the glass of single-sided, double-sided
and quality vary.
Please
note:it's very strong
corrosion when starting the frosting so that the frosting time is
short. But after using a period of time. since weakly corrosion
lead to frosting time to be longer.
it need to add the frosting fluid after **2days to recycle the
frosting fluid.
4. Cleaning and drying the finished frosting
products: Using water
spray or scrub glass
after finishing the frosting. And also can use ***0kgs
dilute
HCI acid or dilute SCI acid to immersion cleaning, reoccupy clean it by water. The cleaning
products can be airing in natural or
drying.
