This is the first and only steel-framed bahay kubo ever made.
Roof is made out nipa leaves. The unit is fully treated against powder post beetle
and fungus infection. Halogen lamp is fitted on the roof apex. LEDs were concealed
on front details. Flourescent is also employed underneath the "kubo". Outdoor varnish is used to finish every unit, this makes the unit more weather risistant and no "whitening" of varnish occured.
