Ultra-filtration facility (Mineral Water Facility)
The ultrafiltration membrane is made of polymer materials, is used to separate the substance with different molecular weight. The diameter of the particle that the ultrafiltration membrane can intercept is from 0.**1 to 5μm, which means all kinds of particles, colloid, organic substance, bacteria, etc., whose molecular weight is more than **0. But it can't intercept inorganic ions.

Anjier-Leojoin's ultrafiltration membrane depends on its pores, what it separates is the big molecule. The reasons why the big molecule solute can be easily intercepted are followed:
a. The absorption on the surface of the membrane and inside the pores.　
b. It stays in the pores and then be separated.　
c. The mechanical separation on the surface of the membrane.

  UF equipment use most advanced UF membrane, high efficient and precise instrument to form an independent system. All the components are assembled in a single framework equipped with a control panel. The whole UF system is automatic controlled by advanced PLC, which mainly monitor inlet feed over pressure and water level as well as valve on-off for UF normal operation, cleaning and fast flushing. The capacity of Leojoin-UF is custom designed and builds to meet the requirement of customer.

Feature of the UF System
1. The advance membrane structure of high water flux elevates the water productivity a lot. Water capacity is larger.
2. The hydrophilic PAN（Polyacrylonitrile）can resist pollution, so it can preserve steady water flux even when the input water is in high cloudiness. Water capacity is　 steady.
3. The hollow fiber membrane with micro-pores can guarantee the high-quality water output (SDI<1), even when the cloudiness of the input water changed a lot, the output water quality can be kept steady and high.
4. The physical and chemical properties of the PAN membrane are very steady and reliable. Membrane life is longer.
5. Safety filter is installed in inlet to protect UF membrane from harm and damage of coarse particle.
6. The pressure meters for the input water and output water are used continuously to check the pressure difference of the reverse osmosis membrane, and indicate when the washing is wanted.
7. The auto-stop valve is used to prevent the continuous input of the water when stopping the machine.
8. The fast washing valve can wash the surface of the membrane occasionally to lower the polluted speed.
