Business procedure will be (1)SPA*-(2)Proof of Product*-product is
verifiable with NNPC.(3)Buyer draw up a credit Line with a Nigerian
Bank on Stipulated cost of product in favour of seller.(4)Seller
imform Buyer of designated loading point and time of
loading.etc.(5)After loading is confirmed seller will produce
(a)Master receipt for product.(b)Discharge Certificate(that Vessel
is loaded.(c)Buyers bank must make payment within *4/*8hrs before
vessel is allowed to leave .Product Origin is NNPC.Price per barrel
will be dated Brent.Product is standard export quality.
