Technical characters l Square hole straight through base meter**- no blockage, low pressure loss The square hole straight base meter which removed the reflection plate bracket and beam pieces makes the pipeline unobstructed and leads to no blockage and low power consumption. As detected, the pressure loss of ZY ultrasonic heat meter is 5kPa which is 1/5 of national standard. l Using the pipe wall reflection**- no fault, stable signal Using the base meter pipe wall reflection, the ultrasonic signal of ZY ultrasonic heat meter will not affect the flow measurement accuracy and stability which might be caused by the plate bracket aging deformation and shifting or heat meter pipe section eddy current. l Extended transducer**- high intensity and stable signal The independently developed extended transducer with imported piezoelectric ceramic piece can maintain continuous emission of stable and reliable ultrasonic signal in high temperature and high pressure conditions. l Dual chip circuit board**- low power consumption, large capacity The circuit board master chip adopts MSP**0 chip produced by American TI company with modular function, big space for extension and upgrade, less peripheral devices and low power consumption. The flow measurement chip adopts product of Germany ACAM company with stable and reliable quality. l Dual power supply**- long battery life With dual power supply, the calculator borrows power supply from the remote management system when the system is collecting data, while the built-in battery is in a dormant state, so that the battery life is prolonged. l Multiple direction combined meter head**- easy installation and operation ZY ultrasonic heat meter head and flowmeter are combined structure, can be multiple direction combined and can adapt to horizontal and vertical installation. The meter head also can be unloaded and hang in somewhere convenient for checking. l Base meter and transducer adopts anti-scaling special processing The base meter inwall adopts anti-scaling design and will not produce scale in the long-term operating progress, thus can ensure the emission and transmission stability of flow measuring ultrasonic signal.
