1. External conditions:
a. The problem generated from machining cannot be solved from the
root.
b. The traditional lubrication is not ideal.
2.The internal conditions for improving the abrasive resistance of
the material:
a.The material with high abrasive resistance shall be selected for
the parts, however, the possibility for usage is limited by the
strength, toughness and plasticity.
b.The surface hardness of the parts shall be improved, while it
falls far behind from the international technology due to the
limitation of levels of heat treatment process and other surface
treatment process.
In conclusion, the greatly limited abrasive resistance of the
material is the focus of the problem, while the Mikeer nano-ion
material can solve the problem perfectly. The material of the
Mikeer nano-ion is the nano-material with the grain size from *0 to
*0 nm, which changes the sliding friction to rolling friction, and
the friction of the moving parts is close to the "0" friction. Due
to the product, the extremely hard, slippery surface within *0 to
*0 um is generated on the metal surface under the condition of
