The Nomial capacity of ******0 Tons/hour, is dependable on used powder-like materials such as: Cement, Fly-ash, Gypsum, Alumina etc. The Road Mobile Unit can be easily moved from one place to an other and has valid Dutch registration papers. Driving by Public roads can be done only without the mast arm 3 and 4 , due to height. The unit has a cable remote controlled hydraulically operated *- and *-piece boom EFFER crane with suction-pipes/hoses, enabling easy manoeuvering in the bulkload of the ships (or else). Two DAF **5 Diesel engines drive the AERZEN Vacuum Pump for suctioning the material, some auxiliary equipment and the AERZEN Compressor. The suction pick up of the powder material is mixed with air via a nozzle and vacuumed to the unloader that leads via pipes and hoses . Before air goes into the vacuum pump it passes high efficiency filters for aircleaning. The air out of the compressor is mixed with the material and is blown to the conveying pipeline. No other equipment is needed for this simple and reliable system. Max Horizontal Boom Reach capacity is approx 5,*5m, 6,5m, 4,3m and 3,*5m. (Total *9,5m.). At this moment the boom is equipped with only a 3 piece arm, the other arms are extra to have a more versitile possibility of manoeuvring.( 2 end hoses for the *-piece equipment are missing.) , |
