Fuction:
Our Ring Stiffness Testing Machine in designed in such manner that it measure ring stiffness, ring softness and creep rate for pipes.
Its unique design make this testing machine highly suitable for large diameter pipe.
This machine comprises of a rigid compression plate that ensure the results will be free of machine deflection and increases the accuracy of the test results.
The testing machine is applicable to the various pipe ring stiffness, flexibility and flat test. It can add the functions, such as tensile, compression and bending.
It is multifunctional electric universal testing machine.
Features:
a.Advanced closed loop AC servo control system increases the accuracy and control of the test sequence
b.Several load cells are connected in bridge, this strengthens the deflection resistance and improves the accuracy for tests on big diameter pipe
c.Our unique inner diameter measuring system makes mounting of even the largest pipe easy
d.Remote control of the tester further improves the ease of use, especially for mounting large diameter pipes
e.The software is designed in-house and is very easy to use and runs on most modern computers
