transact on FOB as first priority as well as CIF.Normally
transaction of coltan take place in the lawyers office.We beleive
on signing contract before anymove.cost of signing contract will be
shared equally between both parties.our government doesnot allow
any quanity of coltan moved/export without payment.on top of that
we allow buyers to pay in installment we are allowed by the
