General  Description

1. This device is an universal apparatus for recovering of the Polluted Incombustible solvent that be developed by us through studying abroad products and assimilating the techniques.

2. It can be used with the asphalt mixture rapid centrifugal extraction apparatus. As a device for reclaiming trichloroethylene, it can reclaim *0 liters of trichloroethylene per hour.

3. The entire instrument is made of stainless steel. It can be divided into the distillation chamber and the store chamber and each part can hold 6 liters of solvent. Heater is located in the bottom of the distillation plant in the control of electron.

4. The Working principles are followings: Pour the polluted solvent into the distillation chamber, then the polluted solvent will be heated and evaporated into gas, after Condensation the gas will turn into liquid then be kept in the store chamber as the regenerant.

Method of Use

1.Insert the  power plug well ,then insert the Sensor into the feeling temperature hole.  

2.Link the inlet and outlet water pipes then open the sluice.

3. Press the power switch , then the screen will show the environmental temperature of that time.

4.Press the fast gear key 2.

5.Press the temperature set key 3.

6.Adjust the temperature button 4, adjust it to *5°C—*0°C.

7. Press key 2 to back to the low gear position when reach the predetermined temperature.

8.In the whole process shall not be without water.

9.Pay attention to the indication sign of the distilled solvent. Release the superfluous parts.

*0.After the end of the recovery, please clear the esidual asphalt up in time .Wipe each part clean after using every time
