The production of Nylon cable ties requires shorter molding
cycle,small template deformed and the large production load
requires high fatigue strength,the shorter molding cycle requires
better plasticizing effect, fast discharge, and the temperature
should be stable. According to the requirement, we design ZS-ZD
professional injection machine, the advantages are as following:
using high- strength locked mold clamping force, good rigidity,
fast and stable die sinking speed; the special template is designed
for the mold of Nylon cable ties; good rigidity of rack make the
operation smoothly; high flow hydraulic circuit is adjust to the
rapid forming; the special screw, exhaust and drainage, to ensure
the better plasticizing effect, fast discharge, stable temperature;
using the advanced control system, so that the machine should
respond rapidly, and the anti-interference ability is
strong.
Remark:This system can meet the demand of shorter opening stroke,
one mold with large quantity, shorter molding cycle, such as
disposable spoon, knife and fork, molding cycle can be controlled
in 7 s.
