General
ZGF is the special equipment
of DC voltage withstand test and leakage current test for the light
arrestor,cable and HV equipment for the power department and
industry or mine customers.The device is the updated replacement
for which is developed based on PRC Energy Department's Standard
and complied with the requirement of No-Gap Oxygen-Zn Light
Arrestor(GB *******9).
The ZGF adopts new
technology,new material and new parts with the features like:big
power capacity,small volume,light weight and the protection
functions like reliable over-voltage,over-current and *-voltage
position switch-off.It has 0.*5 times voltage storage and time
relay and can set timing sound alarm in the testing.The whole
instrument is portable ,easy operation,safe and reliable which is
quite suitable for the site test of power
department.

Light and portable
for site application The instrument is samll
volume and light weight and portable.
Seal-type,good
mechanical strength and
humidity-proof,anti-dust. The high voltage
circuit,current-limit resistor and measuring resistor are all
sealed in one metal shelter without the influence of environment
humidity and dust.It can work in humid,tough wind and *0°c~*0°c
environment stable function and high mechanical
strength.
High
accuracy Has two functions to measure
the leakage current (load current) at high voltage end and low
voltage end.Measuring leakage current at high voltage end adopts
ball-type shielding digital display,no shift change with accuracy
1μA or 0.1μA clear indication,high accuracy and no worry of
discharge impulse.The leakage current of instrument is less than
1μA Two levels for high voltage
and measurement: with high stability high accuracy resistor the
control box has HV output voltage and current plug which can
connect with high accuracy meter to measure or
calibrate.
Auto-protection and
safe,convenient operation With adjustable valve value
for over-voltage,over-current protection and *-voltage position and
earthing protection.The voltage adjustment button can't start if
not at *-voltage position and if earth -wire not well
connected and no misaction. The high voltage generator is
seal earthed with no high voltage tap disclosed easy operation and
strong anti-interference.
High
reliability Power frequency **0V is
applied to transformer after self-coupling voltage adjustment,then
output high voltage when rectified.Seldom malfunction happens due
to the simple circuit.The high voltage generator has good sealing
and high reliability.
