What is a Remanufactured Engine?
A Remanufactured Engine is an enigne that has been completely
disassembled. washed. machined and has gone through a mechanical
test.
We performed the
following processes:
Cylinder Block: Boring, Honing, surfacing block
deck.
Cylinder Head :Reground Valves and valve faces,
reground Valve Seats, Surface Head Deck.
Crankshaft & camshaft : Reground and
polishing
These parts that have to be relaced to brand new
parts:Piston, Pisotn Rings. Crankshaft Bearings,
Connecting Rod Bearings, Head Gasket, Seals Freeze Plugs.
After assembling remanufactured engines, we tested each by
each.
