Automatic bottle-unscrambler, as supplement equipment for soft
drink filling equipment, is used to make the random PET bottles
orderly to be fed to the production line. It is flexible so as to
meet different bottle shape requirements from customers. It adopts
a new unscrambling structure which makes the abrasion of bottle
minimum. The main frame is made of excellent stainless steel and
other materials are safe and durable. For electrical and pneumatic
systems many elements of big brands are employed. PLC is in charge
of all the working processes, thus the equipment is reliable and of
low failure rate.
