Our Soft Drink Liquid Filling Line is suitable for canned drinks with different specifications and they operate with different types of materials such as glass bottles, plastic bottles, PET bottles, cans and similar related bottle materials.
The Soft Drink Liquid Filling Line is operated by OMRON PLC enabling you to synchronize and detect your bottles with optic readers by this offering you a controlled and automated production. The Filling method includes a CO2 Mixer Injector that will give the freshness and pop to your drink. The Line is stable and easy to operate making it ideal for your first beverage equipment of manufacture.
The complete line includes a Conveyor System, Cleaning Unit, Liquid Filling Machine with a CO2 Mixer Injector and a seal capping machine
