Our in-house injection machines range up to **0T.We specialize in
high volume;over-molding;insert-molding;thread-forming molding,and
2 component molding,and can inject any and all materials including
ABS;PC;PE;PP;PS;HDPE;LDPE;PA6;PA*6;PA*2;TPU;TPE;TPR;TPV;and all
possible compounds e.g. PP/Copo;PC/ABS;as well as
Glass-filled,Talc-filled,and metal-filled. Each order is logged
into our system to show when it is due on the press and the date
that shipment has been confirmed. The specific press that the
component will be manufactured on has the Works Order documentation
stored in a holder on the press so that the operator can check any
details he might require at his work station. On commencement of
production our QA team will monitor first-offs and subject them to
a full Analysis before releasing the item for production. Once in
production set parameters as regards continued inspection are
adhered to, dependant upon the requirements set by the customer and
our QA department. Our QA Manager makes the final decision as
regards all Quality matters and spends a fair proportion of his
time in the manufacturing plant ensuring all procedures are
complied with.
