PTFE(White): Polytetrafluoro ethylene,
commonly named as plastic king,F4 or TEFLON, is a high
crystallinity thermoplastic polymer with the largest quantity and
the widest applications among all fluorine-containing plastics. It
is made of suspension polytetrafluoro ethylene resin by mould
pressing as plates, turning film and tubes. Main Properties: Scope of operating temperature is rather
wide (from***0?c to ***0?c). Generally, it is corrosion resistant
against all chemical substances expect some fluoride and alkaline
molten metal. Good mechanical properties including aging
resistance, especially on application of bending and swinging.
Excellent flame resistance. Good insulation property(regardless of
its frequency, self-lubricating and non-stick
property). Application: Gasket, wearing part, insulating part,
corrosion resistant industry, textile, paper-making, porcelain,
chemical industry, medical care, instrument and
equipment.
