All our made to measure motorcycle clothing is manufactured from top quality cowhide with a thickness of between 1.2mm and 1.3mm. Double leather and padding is machined into all vulnerable areas, ***** knees, hips, shoulders, elbows and backside. Seam strength is assured as double stitching comes as standard, with triple stitching in stress and impact areas. All garments are available with ***** approved body armour positioned to cover hips, knees, shoulders, elbows and the back. Body armour fits into pockets inside the lining of the garments. A choice of polycotton or airtex linings are available. These can either be stitched into the garment, or, at an additional cost removable linings can be supplied. A choice of stud or Velcro fastening belts, position of belt loops, knee sliders, pockets etc. are available on all our custom made ***** two piece leathers a full zip enables both garments to be zipped fully together.  just ordering trousers we can machine the other half of the zip into your existing jacket.
