1.wall hanging of combustible gas detector with digital display
gas detector with the gas sensor  researched by Nemoto & Co., Ltd. ,has long service life, high sensitivity and high stability, meanwhile, it is the most advanced and smart combustible gas detector in the world:
A. Direct time display function: Take month as display unit, hour as timing unit.
Query function:
a. Query of agent, including the agent name, the telephone number and the fax number.
b. Query of alarm point
c. Query of alarm record, which has more than 8 pieces of alarm information
B. Setting function:
a. The alarm point can be set, meaning that users can set the current alarm point of alarm by press key.
      b. The gas concentration units can be set through keys (KPPM or %LEL).
C. Super smart voice function: when the detector warms up, breaks down, disappears problems, alarms, exceeds the use fixed of year, repairs the breakdown, does self-checking, function test and queries alarm record and so on , it would remind you with smart voice, even notice you the agent info when the detector breaks down and exceeds the use fixed of year.
D. Record function: the gas detector can record at most 8 alarm records including the each time of alarming and the configuration of alarm point.
E. The function of compensating sensor drift: with the accumulation of sensor drift day by day, when it reach someone time and amount, the detector will automatically compensate accumulated value of sensor drift .
2. Installation
A. Installation requirements
    a. Alarm installation location: it should be installed **4 meters away within a radius of gas source and placed in a well ventilated place
     1) Natural gas is lighter than air, and it should be installed in the location where is about *0 cm from the ceiling. (Liquefied gas is heavier than air, so it should be installed in the place where is about *0 cm from the ground.)
     2)It should be placed in about one meter straight-line distance away from the edge of range hood and stove.
    b. Banned installation location: the corner, the cabinet where the air cannot circulate easily; the location where the lampblack and the water vapor can smoke directly, such as, the place where between the stove and range hood, right above rice cooker, etc.
 c. Banned installation time: A. Painting and decoration of the house is not finished. B. The house is decorated, but general ventilation is less than ten days. C. The house was decorated with wood furniture or new wood furniture will be purchased, and the general ventilation is less than five days. D. Use spray (mosquito, cockroaches, etc.), air cleaner, glue, paint, alcohol, hair gel, and the general ventilation is less than four hours. E. It contains Hmds, but is not completely clean. (Note: Hmds is usually called silicone resin. It can cause the precious metal poisoning, and it can make a sensor probe completely lose its alarm function, even if its content in the air is less than ten thousandth.)
d. The consequence which is caused by illegally using the alarm on the banned installation location and in the banned installation time will be borne by the user and the installer.
 
Minor consequence means reducing the sensor service life, and serious consequence is to damage the detector. Such as the following circumstances:
1) False alarm: In the case of no gas leakage, the red light flashes and the buzzer keep barking.
2). Gap-type alarm: In the case of no gas leakage, the detector alarms for a moment, and then stops, and then alarms again, repeating like this, and such phenomena most happen at midnight.
3). Sensor failure: Yellow light flashes, buzzer barks in ‘beep’.
4). No alarm: In the case of gas leakage, the detector has no any response; it becomes a veritable decoration.
If the detector was installed in the banned installation time, please turn off the power for the detector, and protect the alarm with plastic bags, then open the alarm after the requirement of ventilation time has been met.
B. Installation steps:
a. Mark with oil pike or pencil on the drilling place on the installation location which complies with the installation requirements.
b. Firstly, penetrate ceramic tile with 8mm    hollow tubular diamond drill bit (it is also called glass drill bit). (It is sold in electric tools store in decoration)
c. Drill the hole on the wall with 6mm electric hammer, and the depth of the hole is about *9mm.
d. Put the white plastic plug into the hole, and the edge of the plastic plug levels along with the ceramic tile surface.
e. Screw into the plastic plug with two 3.5mm black screws, and fix the detector chassis on the wall.
     f. Hang and buckle the combustible gas detector on the chassis; it should be smooth and steady and looks beautiful.
     g. Connect to other equipments, and check to see whether it is correct or not, plug in, and then the installation is finished  
Notes:
1) The alarm should be installed in the place where it can be easily check and with gas leak.
2) Do not use high concentration gas to inspect the machine, which is to avoid damaging the alarm and reduce its service life and may endanger human health.
3) During installation, it is strictly prohibited to vibrate, drop, impact the product, otherwise it will fail.
4) The alarm cannot be installed at large airflow place.
5) The alarm cannot be covered by other objects.
3.Appearance introduction

  1. Digital tube screen 
a. Green number show the month from left to right , and ranging from 1 to *9 months. When the service time finish **0 hours, the month of green number will add one month.
b. Red number show current concentration from left to right, the display range of concentration unit KPPM is 0.***9.9, and concentration unit %LEL is 0.***9.8. When you are querying alarm record, the red digital rube display the unit for hour.
B. Indicator
a. Power light: green light, it is on working state, and off in alarming, and blinks 1/1s in warm-up state. When the service life is expired , all of power lightalarming light and fault light will flash simultaneously.
b. Alarming light: red light, it blinks 1/1s in alarming, and is off when the alarm stops. When the service life is expired , all of  power lightalarming light and fault light will flash simultaneously.
c. Fault light: yellow light, it blinks in fault or abnormal condition. When the service life is expired ,  all of power lightalarming light and fault light will flash.
d. KPPG light: concentration unit red light, it will light with KPPM as unit. Exchange relationship of concentration unit: 1.0KPPMCH4 = 2.0%LEL (CH4)
e. %LEL light: concentration unit, red light, it will light with %LEL as unit. Exchange relationship of concentration unit: 1.0%LEL (CH4) = 0.5KPPMCH4)
  1. Press key:
a. 3 key: it is also called query / alarming point setting key, short press of query current alarming point; long press of setting key of alarming point.
   b. K2 key: it is also called record / unit key, *-short press of record queries; long press of concentration unit conversion.   
   c. K1 key: it is also called self-checking / testing key, short-press means detector self-checking, and long press means function testing.
4. Application
A. Connect power supply: the speak sounds “tick”, the concentration unit light, all digital tube light: *8 *8.8after three seconds, the green light starts flashing 1 time/second, then the alarm is in warm-up state: ***-.-, the green "*1 " indicate that detector already used for one month. The warm-up time is about **3 minutes.
B. After warm-up, the green light is on; the green digital tube shows the current used month, the red digital tube shows the current concentration: *1 0.0, meanwhile the detector enters normal monitoring state now.
  C. Normal monitor state:  Use and setting of detector functions:
 a. system self-test: In normal monitoring state, press K1 key shortly ,the green, yellow and red lights run in a cycle with alarm sounds output.
 b. function test: In normal monitoring state, long press K1 key, the green, yellow and red lights flashed at the same time ,and the detector output some signals, such as: close valve signal, close or open  manipulator signal, networking signal, wireless transmitting etc.
 c. alarm record query: in normal monitoring state, press K2 key shortly; the detector will send out "tick" sound . Then you can check alarm record from back to forward, and total 8 times alarm records, the query sequence is: No.8, No.7, No.6,  No.5, No.4, No.3, No.2, No.1
   Alarm record display:
      Recording Number: No.8, No.7, No.6, No.5, No.4, No.3, No.2, No.1.
      Alarm happening time(such us):*1  **0(the used month and hour when it alarm)
      Alarm happening time from the current(such us):*0  **1(the used month and hour from the current when it alarm)
       The set value of alarm point(such as): 5.0 KPPM
d. Setting of concentration unit: in normal monitoring state, press K2 key for a long time , when detector send out "tick" sound once, the concentration unit of KPPM and LEL will automatically exchange.  then the detector will display the switching result (unit: KPPM or % LEL).
 e. Current alarm point query: in normal monitoring state, press K3 shortly and the screen will display current alarm point.
f. Setting of alarming point(unit state: KPPM):
1)In normal monitoring state, press K3 key for a long time; after the speaker ticks for two times, the screen display current alarm point, then the detector enters the setting of alarm point: the last number of concentration display beating, press k2 key once with number increase of 1, and press K1, the cursor removes one cell; after completion of setting, press K3 to confirm and exit , or the detector automatically confirms and exists; after this, the detector will display the setting results of alarm point with beating,  and then enter normal monitoring state.
2)If the alarm point is set too low; after warm-up, it has been in alarm state, lead to you can't set the alarm point. You can press K3 for a long time during warm-up state, and directly enter the alarm concentration setting, and the methods are as like above.
3)The setting range of alarm point: generally **9.9 KPPM (i.e. ***9.8 %LEL), from the perspective of safety, if the set value of alarm value is greater than 6.0KPPM (i.e. *2%LEL), the detector will automatically turn the alarm point to 6KPPM (or 12%LEL) after *0 minutes.
D. Alarming state: any key is invalid in alarming state.
 a. alarm:  if the test gas is leaking, the red digital tube of detector displays the current gas concentration, when the concentration reaches the setting alarm point, the red light flashes and the green light is off, and the speaker gives out a harsh of sirens to remind you : the gas leak! Only when the gas concentration is decreased below the alarm point, the alarm sounds gradually stop and return to normal monitoring state.
 b. alarming output: when the detector alarm, there are below items you can choose except for output sounds and light :
1) if the product has the function of connecting exhaust fan, the detector will start fan and exclude harmful gas when it alarm.
2) if the product has the function of wired connecting manipulator or solenoid valve,  the connected manipulator and solenoid valve will automatically cut off gas ,and prevent harmful gas source when alarm happen.
3) if the product has the function of wireless connecting manipulator or solenoid valve, the detector will display the closed or open state of valve except for shut off gas valve, when alarm happen.
4) if the product has the wired networking function, when alarm happen, the management center or control center will receive NO or NC signal. if wireless networking function, the alarm control panel will receive wireless signal.
E. Fault state:
if the sensor of the detector has faults, the yellow light starts flashing, and the red number displays as :“Err”, the detector gives out “tick” sound intermittently, it indicates the alarm has fault and please contact the agent. Only the fault disappear, the detector will return to normal monitoring state.
F. The detector's service life is 5 years.
When the detector using life is expired, three lights will blink simultaneously. After this for a period of time, three lights still blink simultaneously and send out the intermittent "tick" sounds to prompt user to contact agent for replacing new detector.

  1. Emergency handling
When the red alarm light flash with sounds alarm, it indicate there is a high concentration gas leak in the air, please do as following:
    A. Close all gas sources.
    B. Open the door and window immediately for air convection and natural exhaust
    C. At this time, it is strictly prohibited to ignite,  open or close any electric products, and strictly prohibited do any things which will cause spark or static. Because the gas concentration reaches lower explosion limit, and it may happen explosion when gas encounter spark or static. (the natural gas explosion limit is ****0PPM; and the explosive limit of liquefied gas LGP is ****0PPM)
D. If someone feel headache, gastric disorder causing nausea, the general weakness, dysphoria or shock etc. , He should be sent to hospital immediately.
E. If it cannot rule out the cause of the accident, please notify the gas company and ask them to send the gas professionals to exclude the leakage faults.
F. If it is the quality problem of the alarm, please contact the agent to check.
7. Failure analysis and troubleshooting
A. The intelligent combustible gas detector is a security product. It is better to run continuously, do not cut off the power and ensure that the power supply is normal. The alarm does not work without power supply.
B. In the process of use and maintenance, if you find any fault, handle it in time, if you cannot handle it, contact the agent in time.
C. After the product is put into normal operation, self-check and gas check should be conducted regularly by the users themselves according to their own conditions to ensure normal operation.
D. The installation place must be followed installation requirements, and you can't move or change the installation place optionally.
8.Maintenance and warranty
A. Refer to the manual-installation and application.
B. Self-check and gas checks for the detector should be conducted in every month . If you don't have the suitable gas concentration, the most simple way to test is : adjust the lighter flame to 1cm high, then extinguish the flame, and place the lighter under the shell of detector for 2 seconds, then the alarm red light flashes for 3 seconds and start to alarm, this indicate the detector is normal work. If you find any problems, please contact agent timely.
C. Users are neither allowed to disassemble the detectors, nor to clean the detectors directly with chemical spray cleaner to avoid damaging the sensor probe. If it really needs to be cleaned, the user can consult the professional company or the proxy advisory servicer.
D. If failure occurs to product, it must be repaired or processed by the units designated by the manufacturer; anyone else cannot disassemble the alarm without permission. The manufacturer will not be responsible for any responsibility caused by the unauthorized disassembling.
9.ions need to be handled by person. For example:
    the red digital tube displays current concentration for *5.0KPPM(*0%LEL), the yellow light flash and the alarm have "tick" sound intermittently. Then you can do like this, place the detector in the clean air for *0 minutes, and then simultaneously press the K1 and K3 key until you heard "tick" once ,and the red digital tube display concentration for 0.0, it indicate the sensor drift is handled completely, and the current concentration is 0.0KPPM (0.0%LEL)
*0.Quality assurance
A. The shelf life of this product is three years, and lifetime maintenance ; please replace new product after five years
B. The following matters are not included in the warranty:
a. The product is not our company's product.
b. The product model and the factory numbers cannot match.
c. The product was damaged due to improper use, wrong installation or disassembling, refitting, dropping, impacting and other similar reasons.
d. The fault or damage for the product due to power failure, temperature, humidity, abnormal voltage or fire, earthquakes and other force majeure reasons.
