Zibo Jintuo Iron Mine has annual production capacity of **0,**0
tons, and has a main shaft and an auxiliary shaft with **0m
depth.
Basic plan:
Jintuo Iron Mine adopts full tail sand filling process system with
the filling preparation is placed below the surface. The tail sand
is conveyed into arch breaking hopper by forklift, and then sent
into double-shaft mixer by constant weight feeder. While the cement
stored in cement silo is conveyed to double-shaft stirrer through
discharging and automatic metering. Tail sand, cement and feed
water will be firstly mixed in double-shaft stirrer, and then be
carried out second-stage mixing in high-concentration stirring
vessel, and will finally flow naturally to the underground.
The entire system is quipped with TV entire process monitoring
control system (Windows XP operating system, PLC dynamic system,
special Wincc configuration software), which can real-time measure
the concentration and flow rate of filling slurry. The system
adopts the automation metering combination of high-precision flow
meter, high-precision spiral scale concentration meter, which can
achieve dynamic metering and management of the entire process, thus
to ensure the dynamic high-precision proportioning of filling
materials.
