Production Process
Trough idlers are used for conveying bulk materials, and are designed and manufactured with trough angles of *0° and *0° normally. Idlers of *5° trough angle or any other angles are also manufactured as per customer\'s design and drawings.
We can also design/ manufacture and supply *-roller-type idlers. Mounting brackets are manufactured out of standard steel sections to have rigidity and stability of the frame. Shafts are manufactured out of carbon steel bright steel bars suitable for any torsional load and bending movement.
We could produce the idlers/brackets in both Metric and Imperial CEMA standards or any other custom size.

Surface Treatment
1) Finally trough idler rollers need to be zinc plated or painted.
2) We can provide the following surface coating/treatment by outsourcing.

Surface Treatment	Anodizing (max. available length of the aluminum profiles are *0m)
Zinc plate/cold galvanize (Cr3+ RoHS free or Cr 6+)
