These grades are composed ofelectrical alkali-free glass woven
fabric base impregnated with an epoxy resin binder under pressure
and heat. They have extremely high mechanical & electrical
strength. Good dielectric properties under dry and humid
conditions. Excellent rigidity and dimensional stability.
G*0/FR4 Temperature Index: **0 Degree Celsius
G*1 Temperature Index: **5 / **0 Degree Celsius
