State Joint Stock Foreign Trade Company «O’zmarkazimpeks» would like to express its gratitude and informs you that we are looking for new partners in the field of cotton trade and want to establish a long-term cooperation with your company. We are sending for your kind consideration the following offer for the sale ofUzbekistancotton of ***3 crop.
Quality:
Uzbek upland cotton of ***3 year crop, **5 types (1.3/*2 – 1.1/8 inches), grades «Birinchi»-«Beshinchi», all classes (under O’z DSt **4:***1 Standard).

The pricefor cotton fibre is determined in US dollars and calculated in the following way and order:

1. The preliminary price for cotton fibre of grade «Birinchi», class «Urta», code *5 (staple length of 1.3/*2 inch, type 5) is determined at the average meaning of quotations «CFR Far Eastern ports» of «Cotton Outlook», Index «A» (all **3/*2) ***3/*4 and the component of Index «A» Uzbekistan Middling ***3/*4;
2. The price for the other grades, classes and codes (types) is determined on the basis of the price «Birinchi», «Urta», code *5, according to the following tables of premiums and discounts:
