White Fused Alumina produced in electric arc furnace at high temperatures (>***0° C )followed by a slow solidification process. Often we call it WFA or white corundum,it can effectively improve the volume stability and the thermal shock resistance of the material. It is the mainly raw material to produce middle or high level non-shaped or shaped refractory material. It is applied to the unshaped refractory products, such as refractory carstables for ladles, middle or high level iron runner casting material, gunning refractory and fabricate parts ect. It also can be used to kinds of fused alumina products, such as alumina bricks, mullite-corundum brick, corundum perforated bricks,Baffle refractory brick ,combined nozzle, side ceiling of the high temperature kiln, ect. In a word, it is widely used in steel smelt, cement, ceramics and abrasive material industries.
